Truck was clean but someone had smoked cigarettes in it so everytime I tried to turn air on that's all I could smell. Cigarette smell was awful.

joseph pNo help or inspection before I left. Was told to go out back, look for the number on the top of the trailer and you can go. The trailing had algae on the outside, and all the stickers were peeling off of it. The inside had strings, zip ties all hooked to the rails.
Peter HDon was fabulous. U Haul was a nightmare. I was getting calls from various U Haul reps saying the rental I had secured with Don was not available. Daily getting calls that my rental had been changed.. location changed... I went personally to Don.. fortunately I had asked for his cell number. He assured me I was all set. I have used UHaul before ... Many times... First time for a very unsettling experience with Corporate confusion. Again Don was fabulous.
