Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisArea was dark and run down so it was hard to see what we were doing
Susan SThey were friendly and very quick checking my vehicle back in!!! I appreciate that very much!@
Denis WFirst of all, it was hard to find this location as it is located inside a furniture store. We kept driving back and forth trying to find a U haul sign or trucks in the front of the building. U haul rep was very nice, but it felt awkward to be in a furniture store. Truck was old and filthy. There was food on the passenger floor. It needed a good vacuuming. Also, the windshield wipers did not work properly. We were unable to see out of it properly in wet snow storm as the wiper left a huge mark in the middle of the window; making visibility limited. Also, the truck had no ramp making it difficult getting furniture in and out of the truck.
Sally VWish rental charges were explained more instead of rushing the signing especially with the gas.
