Absolutely love the service through Sentinel Self-Storage and I'd go through them again to rent a U-Haul. The truck I rented was clean, but it had the check engine light on, which made me nervous to operate it (even though the U-Haul maintenance team said it was a minor issue & had released it to be driven again after previous repairs), and I reserved a utility dolly, which wasn't actually available on the morning I arrived to pick up my truck. But, to reiterate, these ISSUES were WITH the U-HAUL reservation side of my experience and do NOT reflect poorly on/WITH my experience at SENTINEL.

ANDRE H.My issues are not with the pick up or drop off locations. My issues are with corporate and their lack of ability to manage their logistics and deliver on the agreements. You wasted my time. Failed to follow up on the promised discounts, and I'm not interested in continuing to pursue an equitable solution since what was promised was never delivered. I will avoid doing business with U-Haul in the future.

Nancy G.The cargo van I picked up was not clean, inside or out. it was full of animal hair all over the front seats and all over the cargo area. It had not been cleaned since the last customer rented it. I had to use my leaf blower to blow out clusters of animal hair. It looked like someone had transported a load of Alpaca's or dogs with long white hair. And it smelled of animals too. The customer kind of trashed a relatively new cargo van.
