Dropped off after hours. The exterior lighting at the location was so poor that none of the photos were being accepted. We even had a portable flood light to try and help and they still could not be accepted. This would not allow us to fully complete the mobile drop off without calling the 24 hour assistance.

My rental was not ready at a Cape location, so I had to drive to and from Sikeston for this truck. I was charged an insane amount of mileage when the majority of it was simply to pick up and return the truck. Very unhappy and can't use uHaul again because of this, unfortunately for me.
Alexis RI've had many uhaul rental experiences and this one was so relaxed and easy. Trailer was very clean and in a clear area for pick up/drop off. I now prefer this location to others in town and especially more than the big cape uhaul location. Like any other small shop, call before you go so they will know when you will be on site :)
