Thomas LHaving the customer guess the amount of gas it will take for the trip with no real guidance or knowledge of the truck MPG is not good business. I overfilled by a quarter of a tank. Not being able to return boxes when unused and in new condition is not equitable.
Joel SLook for the storage business not the u-haul sign. I saw the trucks/trailers down the road and figured that's where I needed to go to discover I was heading for a gated business which had nothing to do with U-Haul and had to get turned around and stop at the storage business where I did finally see a U-Haul sign.
