James MWhen I picked up the vehicle it was covered in snow that had iced over the windshield and roof. There was no equipment on the vehicle to remove the ice. So it took me an hour in the parking lot to scrape off the windshield with a credit card while using the defrost. Then when I got the truck moving the entire parking lot where the vehicle was parked was encircled in snow. No one thought to clear a path out. I was told the uhaul rep was out shortly before I picked up the truck but didn’t clear the truck. I am a 63 year old woman renting the truck by myself.
