Took 30 minutes to pick up the truck. The reps there do not really know what they are doing. It's not necessarily their fault though as they are contract workers. Did not have the utility dolly in my reservation either. So that was an issue we did not expect. Had to go rent one from Menards instead. Drop off was just as complicated and the rep didn't even go out and inspect the truck, he just checked off all the boxes like the truck was in perfect condition.

Jossie RThe truck was clean but both passenger doors didnt close properly. The location is a head shop, there was Marijuana for sale inside. The guy running it did not have access to the computer system to do the rental and got on the phone with another location and ended up getting into a shouting match and hanging up on them. At that point I walked out and called the ND number and had to have the rental processed that way. I had originally booked the reservation at the location that is 5 blocks from my house and it was redirected to the 'emporium' location which added an hour to my day driving out there and back. Overall, it was not a good experience. I would never go back to this location. I will say both agents i spoke with on the phone were very helpful and provided good customer service.
