Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI swept out the back of the van and folded the 36 blankets but still was charged for the cleaning fee. Not impressed with the customer service. I was also charged for extra mileage. Your assesment of the actual mileage is an estimation, charging for 7 extra miles is very petty.
Todd WHaving a Uhaul location in Nelson BC, which is a good size town, instead of having to pick the truck up in this middle of nowhere location an hour away from Nelson, would have been even better!
Maud NTheir knowledge was limited as they usually don't deal with trailers and expressed their lack of knowledge. The left side had no power to it. They couldn't help me. I needed the dolly as the next nearest one was over 200 km away. To be legal i had to purchase magnetic lights for the car
DONALD SThis stuff is helping customer to resolve the problem even though the location is full. Additionally, the stuff/ manager of a scheduling team changed my drop off location without my permission away 420 km. When I call them to complain and ask to change back to original return site the scheduling stuff is super rude and refuse to do anything! When I ask to speak manager she told me she is the manager and the attitude is Very unprofessional and NOT care customer' feeling. The customer service staff didn't help when I ask for creating a CAF to complain about the changed drop off location. Overall, everybody who I meet don't take their responsibility to helping customer. They kick the customer like a ball around departments. It looks like U haul is big company arrogance. I try to complain through U-Haul and U-Haul care in X but no response. I keep all the evidence to complain to BBB.
