Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing
deborah mI requested and paid for a dozen moving blankets. None were in the truck. I was also charged for an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly, neither of which I requested nor were they in the van when I picked it up in the morning when the store was closed.
Frank CI ordered (and paid for) a dolly that was not in the truck. A dolly is essential to the move. This location had no actual person at it, so there was no one to help me. I contacted U-Haul via customer service chat and was told I had to pick up a dolly at a different location. So inconvenient. I wound up purchasing one at Lowe’s. I would not recommend locations without actual people.
