I rented a cargo van. Unfortunately although the tank said full when I filled it after going 35 km... It took 30$ in gas. I think there's something wrong with that.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location has long hours, since it's attached to a gas station, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very happy to have this location handy.
Peter TPerhaps a faster check-in. I did not check-in in advance. Also, perhaps the truck could have been ready to go near the front of the station. I had to go find it way in the back of the property.
John TI have major issues with your online booking program and with your staff at 1-800. If I book two months in advance and the system lets me choose the pick up and drop off then one would assume that all is okay. To text two days in advance and change the location for pickup is absolutely NOT at all considerate to the consumer and then to have your online staff threaten “if you don’t like it we’ll just cancel your request” and then hang up on you. People would like to rely on your service in a time of major stress for them and instead the way your processes are set up it adds to the stress. Why can’t your online system simply say “this site does not do one way trips” and clearly identify which sites do? Why are your online staff combative and rude?
Margaret LThe clerk at this location tried to charge me 50$ extra gas and I proved this to him as I put 50$ in and filled fuel above what I got truck at I was overcharged significantly and felt very scammed at the end of experience I will be requesting a refund as this was worse experience with uhaul I have ever had as a repeat customer very sad
