Totally unacceptable , disorganized and disrespectful. This location was closed at the time we had booked. I had movers waiting for me where I was moving from at $150 per hour. I had to scramble to get fuel for the van,as it was on empty. Had it not been for the tow truck driver who showed up, I would’ve had to postpone my move. So disappointed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey were rude and tried to scam me and my husband we filled up the gas to the right amount, we had a moving issue that was out of our control so we brought back the truck later than the expected time as the situation was out of our control and we werent going to leave the stuff on the side of the road we cleaned the truck after use , and travelled less than the estimated kms. U haul is a scam will never use their service again

emila jCustomer service was very poor. I showed up to the location on time and no one was there. I waited for 20 minutes and still no one came. I had to go elsewhere to get cell service and make a call. The guy answered and said he would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, he showed up. He told me that he would only charge me for 20 miles with the rental. He lied! I received two separate invoices totalling the full amount. After repeated phone calls and assurances from him “not to worry “ that he would look after this, nothing has been done. He is now not taking my calls. Very dishonest business!!
