Nothing really, process was extremely fast and easy, truck was comfortable to drive in and was clean and in great shape.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHe changed .my drop off location to a place that no longer exist
Julie DThis U-Haul location was extremely helpful, and I’m so glad I found it. The gentleman working was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help. I had rented a U-Haul from another location, but the lock on the back had been put on incorrectly, and I couldn’t get it open. Unfortunately, no one from that location would come out to assist me, so I ended up coming here. He was able to help me get everything figured out and made a very frustrating situation so much easier. I would definitely recommend this location!
Brittany GWHEN I RETURNED IT AT 5PM, THE NEXT DAY I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $153 FOR 2 EXTRA DAYS WHEN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA 45 MIN. They never called me back to discuss! Worst location!
Marc SShannon was super informative and professional. He helped switch my unit and rent a truck.
