I had to unhook trailer because guy didn't want to get hands dirty he told me and walks off. Took probably half hour to an hr to check in due to the same computer issue ?????
Robert GConvenient local operation. The only issue was check in. I turned it in during the evening. The employee on duty at the time said it would get checked into the system the following morning. The next morning I saw online that it had not yet been checked in. The morning employee was not aware it needed to be checked in, and that the evening employee could have done it or left a note. Poor imternal communication between shifts. Also, the U-haul application was difficult to use during check out and check in.
