Jennifer, customer service representative was excellent in processing my rental truck return and also for resolving the late fee. I have been a long time customer of Uhaul over the years off and on, and I have discovered that Uhaul has become a company of poor standards, nickel and dime customers, increasing rates frequently. This location is small, not modern, shares space with another business, lacks proper Uhaul signage, so it was difficult to locate from the road. Jennifer and customer service representatives were attentive, professional, helpful, friendly, and they are what makes up for everything else that Uhaul lacks.

Thelma CThis was not my original pick-up location. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours away to get the truck I was supposed to get in Lynchburg, VA. I was told by the Lynchburg associate that I would receive some reduction to my original bill, but nothing was adjusted.

John FDo to the high volume of rentals, the agent at this location was not able to properly clean the truck, however, per our conversation, she took care of everything on her end so I wouldn’t have to worry. Jennifer was WONDERFUL to work with…I would/will use this location and refer to any & everyone!!! Thank you Jennifer!!!🫶🏽
