It was crowded and had to wait to move cars to find a park for truck. Also the check out was horrible as the app wasn't functioning well so delayed check out. I skipped the photos and noticed I was being billed for gas so didn't complete transaction. I tried exiting and redoing everything but no success. I called customer service and waited 35 minutes to speak with an agent. She was helpful and answered my questions but prolonged everything. Not the best experience with check in and check out. Believe app was having some issues.i also was upset that on Friday the truck was $59 and had trouble reserving in app so booked Saturday. Went back to book Saturday and truck had double to $119. The mileage that was free was only 44 miles which is only 22 miles each way. Terrible pricing and structure of rentals. It's really overpriced. I think next time I'll use Menards Home Depot or turo as it would've been cheaper.
