We were scheduled for a drop off in orleans ma. When we arrived we were told that he had no room and we had to drive to an alternate site 30 minutes away. Not cool

The truck was in 1st rate mechanical conditions and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Pick-up and return was quick and efficient. Look forward to returning next time I need a truck.

My confirm showed that I was to drop my truck off here. However when they pulled it up the system showed I was to drop it off in Hyannis. After several phone called the folks at S. Dennis were able to switch it and honor my request. They did a great job!

Make sure that people who are suppose to represent your company knows what they are suppose to do. Make sure they know about the proper paper work. I would not recommend the Yarmoth Branch off route 28, Cape Cod, Massachusetts to anyone.

I am disappointed with the charges. I was told it would be $40.00 a day and change for each day over. And I was charge a lot more money and it was not because of fuel or excess mileage either. The person at the counter did not agreed with the charges either and his best.
