Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy experience was not good. The app was horrible and it took me 35 minutes and two phone calls to get the truck. I was chatting with a rep and then they stopped answering. The photos would not upload, everything was an issue. Not worth it
stephen eWas told my wife was not listed on rental; that was incorrect as I added her myself last week. No one answered the phone after 5 attempts to call; waited on hold for 30 minutes. Was asked to use the messaging portal to respond but that app didn’t work after the initial response. Very frustrating customer service.
