This pickup process was very disappointing and cumbersome. It was very frustrating to take 45 minutes to complete the on line pick up process. When we called customer service for assistance we were told that they could not help us we would have to use the app to complete the process. What should take 5 minutes took us about 45 minutes. The app could not verify our location and would not let us proceed. We were asked to give a second phone number to verify our identity and we never received a call- we tried this twice with different numbers. I understand that technology is in use and serves a purpose but I have rented many u hauls over the years and have never taken more than 5-10 minutes to get on the road- this process was not customer friendly and very frustrating. In the future I will think twice about using u haul for our moving needs.
