The first 6x12 trailer's lights did not work. It was an older trailer. So why were the lights not repaired or even tested before I got there? There were 2 newer trailers on the lot ready to go...why was I assigned an older one to begin with?

I did not drop the trailer off at this location, NOR WAS I SUPPOSED TO. I made the reservation to drop it off at the Mobile Hwy. location in Pensacola, FL — near my house, not 45 min away in another state. I have already opened a case for the ridiculous charges you just tried to charge me.
