CARL RThe new self-service check-in was pretty good. I had to reboot the app twice as it wouldn’t take pictures. But once that issue was resolved, the process was very simple and easy. If I need of another truck rental, I would most definitely use U-Haul again!
Michael BI was initially charged for an estimate mileage. I used half of what was estimated. I did not got any money back from the initial estimate. The location in fact tried to charge me Extra for gas, but after I sent photos proving the gas was returned the same as picked up, they refunded me the additional charges. Why I was not refunded for the unused mileage? Not recommending nor using this location again.
Nicolas DPersonnel working were unaware of how to change reservation. We had requested price for one way, and they were unable to provide that. Price they provided was also more than I had booked online. Front two tires were bald and bad before we even left and had not bee replaced. A blowout caused a two hour delay and a 2:30 AM arrival at our destination. When we returned the trailer, they didn’t remember taking to us and laughed about the tires. Price was good and the trailer held up fine after the tires were replaced, but we will never rent from here again.
