Rented this truck and it was an easy process. Friendly staff. Tried to rent a truck again later that week and the woman on the phone was rude. She acted as if you couldn’t pick up a truck on Saturday unless it was the self guided pickup. Hate to break it to her but there are hours on Saturday until at least noon. Tired of these locations acting as if renting these trucks is such a burden. You chose to do it. Get over it.
Kendra NHold down strap had been cut, but otherwise no problems. Local agent, Josh went above and beyond to be most helpful!
Keith AEnsure to check the tire pressures. I was told they were checked and set at 60 psi by the location yard rep. The tires by the MFR sidewall reading should’ve been set at 65 psi. When I checked them before leaving they were set at 50 and 51 psi. I made sure to set them at 65 psi. Other than the above everyone was very helpful. The location was easy to find and very clean. Thank you.
