The Uhaul was fine. The problem is Compass Self Storage on County Line Rd in Spring Hill, FL bc Heidi, the worker that day, told me you guys required a 100.00 deposit and charged my card 117.68 and then I got charged the almost 40.00 from y'all showing no deposit on the receipt from Heidi on 10/4/26 around 128 pm or the receipt from y'all O received in my email. So I called you guys and the gentleman that answered was very kind but I told him about the deposit and he said it wasn't for you guys and I was only charged the almost 40.00 on the receipt and no deposit. Now I'm gonna have to go through a hassle with Compass Self Storage to get that 117.68 back and I need every penny bc I am moving. They are crooked people! They got my storage unit number mixed up and won't call the other person claiming my storage unit to come up there but want me to pay 50.00 more to have a lock cut off a unit that isn't mine to prove it isn't mine instead of pulling camera footage. I'm a newly single mom barely making it. Also, they called my EX and we aren't and never were married to tell him we left 2 scooters in MY UGA

Robert MThe lady who I tried dropping off this U-Haul to said I cannot drop it off because her lot was full there were many spots available but she insisted the next location would be able to take me , I get there and everything is locked up and I’m forced to park this 26ft U-Haul in a tighter space so with that being said I am charged $15 extra while I’ve already filled your truck up with more fuel than it had before I even drove it ! U-Haul isn’t my problem it’s the lady in Spring Hill who didn’t let me leave the truck with her and then proceeded to charge me more money for their mistakes on not dispatching me to the correct store for drop off this seems scammy and I wonder how much this happens to people I’d like my money back
