Only issue I have are the bs hidden fees that U-Haul give I have No issue with the owner of B&B the man did us right but U-Haul yall are fking greedy as hell with your rental services. Adding so many fees on top of a rent for the truck and you want me to put safety nets that I have to pay for on top of that shit no that is crazy I will never use you guys again. You used to be such an amazing moving rental company you have gone greedy as hell! I am sure many people agree with that! Again the location I got the truck at was good but U-Haul get your shit together! We are trying to move and be affordable but yall are not anymore!

THOMAS OApp and website is terrible and does not work. I’m a 27 yr old in coding and tech development and it took me 20min items to figure out how to pickup the truck. I ended up having to go inside.
Nathan WFriendly. Fast checkout. Price.
Stacy EWas a much better situation being I did not have to drive on the highway. I had zero interaction and did all of it via the app.
