Alan was terrific to work with and was there to assist every step of the way. I highly recommend!!
CARLA MAlan assisted in a big way. Moving is already stressful and Alan helped make the experience a little less stressful. There was an issue with my account which would have put my day behind if not for the excellent customer service he exhibited. Got me on my way as fast as possible. Knew I was on a budget but made it happen. Unfortunately for me (overwhelmed and not paying attention to every detail) Alan didn't ask (and I forgot to mention) I had 2 pickup locations so the mileage was short about 40 miles so I did go over the allowed mileage and was forced to pay the difference at the drop off. Which I blame myself and Alan for. But all things considered it was a successful event in part because he was able to fix the incorrect issue listed for renting purposes. I will rent again with Alan if the need arises. Alan is a Rockstar!
