The parking lot is a little tight for folks without a lot of experience with larger vehicles, but it was as simple as asking for help from the man who checked us in for pickup. Over all a great experience. Really appreciate that the ac was cold on such a muggy day full of heavy work.

Thru the whole process no one mentioned a deposit; then when I picked it up they said I had to pay a deposit because I was using my debit card. NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!!! STILL WAITING ON MY DEPOSIT!!!
CHARLES PWhen closing out I was told I would be contacted in regards to an additional fuel charge it was trying to charge me and instead of them contacting me like it said and allowing me to provide the pics I took BEFORE I pulled off to show that the fuel level was on exactly where it was when giving to me they just went and charged my card without notification. Which is THEFT
