My only negative was that we had to drive 60 miles, round trip, to drop off the truck when there was a UHaul center 5 miles from us. The attendant was very helpful and nice.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe staff had no information about our rental, they were short handed so had to wait 15 min before we could check out. They didn't look at the truck while we were there.
Kristie RPlace was closed no designated drop off spot. I had to call them the next day and tell them the U-Haul was there so they could check it in . They tried to guard me for overnight drop off when there was nobody available to do anything and I had to tell them how to do their job.. would not recommend this location !
COVIS LTwice now i had tried to rent a uhaul from this location. The first time it was a trailer. They told me I didn’t have the right sized receiver, which I did have the correct one. Left without a trailer and majorly messed up my move. Tried to give them a second chance. Get there on my moving day and they told me their Internet was down and they could not rent me the truck. I had already done the online check in. They said there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked them to call uhaul. They did and were then able to rent me the truck. After that they said “good luck getting the truck out of the dirt lot next to the gas station”. It had rained and was super muddy. They didn’t offer to help me and watched me struggle. Never go to this location for anything.
