rented online but the key was not in lock box and waited 1 1/2 hours for the key to arrive. then was promised a $50 credit for my trouble and did not receive it when billed, terrible.

Rented two items online. When going to pick them up, they only had one item. No email, text, phone call to inform of not having other item. Had to go to two other locations to find item.

Curtis R.When we picked up the van, the key was broken. The woman who checked us in said she noticed the key seemed weak when the vans turned in but didn't do anything about it. Fortunately, a repair person with UHaul came and went way above and beyond to help. He soldered the key to make it work. Then he had a new key made. He spent an hour trying to program the new key to the van but it never did work, so we used the soldered key. He spent a long time helping us. He was excellent.
