General comment: Was told with the reservation made online that mileage for that vehicle was included. I received the first 33 miles, then was charged after that which amounted to about $74. This is not satisfactory.

While the pick up and customer service were great, I had originally reserved a truck close to my home. I was notified the day before my reservation that the pick up location had been moved 30 miles from my home. This made it very inconvenient.
Joseph PCustomer service was horrible!! U haul called to confirm appt the day before as stated when we confirmed appt we were told there would be sumone to help put trailer on truck but when got there the woman said no they dont put trailer on. So was gonna come back when i had my husband with me to put it on..woman calls my phone back and says "Oh you were just calling here to complain".. i said what excuse me and she said it again "oh you were just calling to complain" so i told her yes when we confirmed we were told sumone would be here to help for all of that and her rude comments we will not be back we will use rincon location
