VANESSA NI've rented from this location before without any issues whatsoever, but this time the van wasn't cleaned on the inside AT ALL, and it smelled HORRIBLY of some sort of fish. There were tiny forks all over inside of the van, that I swept out prior to returning it so that I wouldn't be charged a cleaning fee for something I didn't leave behind. Whoever had/rented that particular vehicle prior to me didn't consider the next individual who would be in that van. The smell was so bad that I had to ride the van with the windows fully open. If I had an allergy to fish, I definitely would've had an allergic reaction...that's how strong and pungent the odor was! Other than the smell and overall cleanliness of the interior of van, I had no issues! Thank you.
