The truck reservation was as expected. I reserved an appliance dolly to move 3 large appliances and upon picking up my truck I was informed that the dolly was not available. The owner was not helpful and his only recommendation was that I call another location. He did not offer to call for me. I called the chicopee location and reserved a dolly. When I arrived in Chicopee, I was informed that the inventory was quoted incorrectly to me and they had no dolly available. A better system for utility reservation is needed. I wasted valuable time, mileage and did not have the equipment that I needed to move my appliances.

I confirmed a reservation online for $19.99 a day with 0.29 cents a mile surcharge. I traveled 124 miles x 0.29 cents for $35.96 add the rental fee of $19.99 and my total should have been $55.95. I asked the cashier when I checked in why my rental fee said $79.99 and asked again when I dropped the van off at 5 pm. No one could give me an answer, they told me to email the General Manager. It is now the next day, I emailed the General Manager and have YET to get a response. What is the point of signing a contract online when you are going to get screwed as soon as you go in person and no one can help you because it is the General Managers issue? They wouldn't let me take the van unless I paid $100 upfront, and wouldn't refund me the difference because they needed to speak to their General manager. Sounds like shady business practices to me.

I've rented over 20 times this location. Service is outstanding! I like the shorter wait times. Seems you have more than one at the counter all the time now which cuts wait time down. Equipment is excellent as usual

Truck smelled light cigarettes and felt grimey. I cleaned it first with Fabuloso then again with diluted bleach. Washed dashboard, windows, seats floors ..much better. If i can do it, so can they...kind of disappointed. Also agreed to 14$ for insurance and was charged 28, and total charge was off $50 in addition. I wrote an email, still awaiting response, and maybe reimbursement. Not the best customer support, although people were friendly, Its wrong to be sneaky and overcharge.at least thats how it felt

We asked to have the truck picked up in Palmer, MA. Then Uhaul called and told us we have to go to Spfld, MA to get the truck. This is NOT good customer service on U-haul's part! We had to travel 30 miles just to get the truck, then 30 miles back to load it. At least the Spfld location gave us 60 miles free.

Overhaul the entire structure of u haul. One thing I've notice being in customer service business you take care of customers. Uhaul just cares about the money. Until someone gets hurt with your faulty equipment.

I was charged twice and never send a copy of my bill, I want a copy of my bill with the explanation of the charges. Also the worker should have uniforms or same dress code; it will be more welcoming and professional.

Have more auto carriers available. We had to drive from Southern RI to pick this up. Ridiculous.

Mobile check in did not work. Had to upload photo half a dozen times and still did not work. Line inside store was crazy. Only one person working counter. Over 1hr in line after 30 mins dealing with mobile check in.

Through your website I was given the option to pick up at one place and then arrived at that location to be told they are no longer a uhaul site and hadn't been for a while. He said it's been an issue for some time that customers come expecting to pick up a rental. You should fix your website.

I was charged for the mistake of the employees the van i rented was not checked in til a whole day after i had rented it and i had already rented a truck two days before. The general manager as very unfriendly and didn’t even take my call he only replied by email and if they check their cameras they can see when i returned. I’m out 50.$ and i will never use this location again

Took back the car hauler first and then the truck. Had checked on me on Friday as that was original date to return hauler but I had asked the Golden, CO office to extend it a day, but they forgot to do so. People friendly and helpful.

The person processing our pickup in the office was very helpful, even though it was very busy and he was the only one handling things due to a call out. The attendant outside was very helpful, great customer service. I do recommend that people use the express check in feature if they are able to, as that saved us a lot of time.
