Staff/manager friendly and helpful, just could have used a few more people...had to wait a little longer that expected to pick the van up Also, vans should go out on full and be returned on full so you don't need to worry about gassing it up when you first get it.

Not having rented a truck before, I did not know what should be expected. As it turned out, the truck that I received had a tire on in the attic storage area, a couple brooms, and a case of water bottles rolling around in back. The floor was absolutely filthy. I didn't say anything because I thought that was the norm. (There was only one person working at the time of my pickup, and he was dealing with 4 customers at once. He was also cleaning a truck when I arrived. Perhaps they were just under-staffed ???)

Terrible! I drove the truck 12 miles to my destination after they have me a truck on E, got to my destination opened the back to find the entire truck full of snow! So then I had to shovel it out while I was paying helpers to watch me cause they couldn't load a truck with my belongings! Terrible lazy staff who can't even check for things like this!

Have the unid clean or empty at the time the knew customer is ready to utilize the unid and no be waiting outside until the unid is ready.

Although I am aware of the fuel tank level policy. When I picked up this truck in VA. the fuel level was 1/4. I do not understand why it could not be filled prior to my arrival. But I did return with 1/2 tank of fuel. Considering the high costs of fuel, at a national average of 2.486, I lost approximately $25.00 by returning this vehicle with more fuel than at the time of pick up. While I have no other true issues other than this....I strongly feel this to be a great disservice to your customers and as such will NOT be recommending U-Haul for others.

That I was sent 45 minutes out of my way to pickup my rentals. I didn’t got the VM till a day later. I turned in my rentals early and I have no idea how much everything costs in the end. Besides all of this everything was great

Be consistent with the good customer phone pick-ups. First call I made, was put on hold for a long period of time, then hung up on. Second call made, customer service person was great! Overall, I have dealt with this U-Haul site for several years, and will continue when needed.

Get some real people, that are happy, intelligent personal. Check all vehicles before leaving with customer that is renting that vehicle,have your personal person walk the customer to the vehicle, circle check and show customer how to work buttons, switches, etc. I'm a very unsatisfied customer , who deserves the owner to Call me.
