The staff, Betty (I hope I got that right, Becky? I feel awful) she was amazing!! She multitasked like a pro. Very smooth. Helped me load the dolly into the truck and was very kind and welcomed me to Springfield. Top notch!! Truck was clean and easy to drive.
LEROY BEasy pick up and drop off. I accidentally left my personal keys in it and they called me first thing to let me know so I could get them that day which was nice. I was looking everywhere for them.

KEVIN CAccording to the website, they take lunch between 1 and 1:30pm. I was there to make my return at 1:30 pm, but no one was available. Called the number for immediate assistance, went to voicemail. By the time I finally went through the online drop off it was after 1:45 pm and still there was no one available. First time rental that has turned into my only rental.
