Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy location was changed for the pick up to a variety store 15 min away for no apparent reason. There was no connectivity at this location in the variety store. Person behind the counter was not trained properly. Had to serve several gas bar customers in the middle of trying to prepare our truck rental. Card machine would not accept our payment due to poor connectivity. I had to go out on the road to call uhaul as my charges differed from my contract, which this untrained person could not explain. Could not call from in the store. Finally had to manually punch in card details. Got in the truck and a tire pressure alert was on. upon drop off my location was somehow changed to Eotbicoke when I booked a drop off in Fergus. Also, had to go rent dollies from another uHaul as there was not one ziptied in the truck.
