Remote storage unit location with no one present for the drop off. A U-Haul representative on the phone said the dolly fee would be taken care of on drop off. So I guess I am just out the $12 for the dolly I never received.

We was treated top notch.
Jim MPut a better lock on the box where the key for the truck is picked up. Lock was old, rusty and hard to turn the letters, align them and open. Had to text the 800 number for help. (calls weren't answered on Sunday) It took 53 minutes to pick up the truck. Too long outside in cold, windy weather. Maintenance issue-truck pulled to the left upon but there was no one to help-had to get on the road!!!!

DAVID JThe drive and parking area is full of potholes. Very bumpy to drive on. But we chose the location because it was closest to us and would choose it again because of its location. Just hope they work on the drive and parking lot sometime soon. we did not talk to anyone. We dropped the keys in the overnight box.
