The driver and middle seat were covered in sticky residue, likely from a spilled drink. The attendant provided me paper towels and winded for me to clean up the mess.
JEFFREY BThis location is a very small operation out of a small gas station / convenience store. The attendant was repeatedly interrupted by paying customers during our checkout process. He was great and a very pleasant young man but U-Haul rental is not their priority.
PETER BSpent 1.5 hours picking up trailer. System was “locked”. Untrained personnel with language barrier. Field Rep was contacted but also could not help. Ended up canceling reservation and making but cost was 20% higher than original reservation.
