Gas was almost empty. I had to go straight to the gas station first! Other than the stress of that, everything went smoothly!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe main person at the front desk couldn't answer the simplest questions and did not prevent equipment I reserved from being rented. Very unhelpful. Also, if there is a human representative why do we have to use the app so much and take so many pictures. Have them check out the truck and make sure it is ready to go or be returned and provide some actual customer service.
Edward CVehicle cc Le gas tank was at 1/16 of a tank.
Bryant MI had trouble with the app, it never did send a text message to me. The gentleman at the location was able to use his computer to complete the rental. (I later got the app to work through email).
Dewain GMy experience using the all for check-in was not great. The photos wouldn’t upload and I found the whole thing frustrating and time consuming on what was otherwise and already stressful moving day for me.
