Just wanted to let you know that my original date was double-booked, so the young woman at the Hasty Mart was very kind , booked me for another date. It was someone at the Call centre that changed the original date. Perhaps in the future, you can double-check with the store to ensure that there’s no double booking other than that it was a wonderful rental.

Katelyn DKeep doing what you are doing. Options explained clearly, no attempt to up sell, accommodating, and looking after my interest as a client. For example, encouraged me to take pictures of the outside and the dashboard to protect myself.
Amir FApp did not work. I filled the gas tank where it was when I received the truck, but they felt I was 7 liters shy so they went ahead and charged me $12. Nobody likes to be nickel and dimed. The truck was in bad shape I was just glad it made it back. The lights were so aimed poorly the were useless for driving.
CHRISTOPHER PI had an excellent experience with the young woman who helped me process my rental. She was hospitable, professional, and had a good sense of humor. Made the experience very pleasant.
