The only downside with this location is that there are only 2 staff members at the front desk at any given time... When returning my trailer this time, I had to wait almost 30min to get my deposit back due to the staff member having to deal with a difficult client at that time. This is not the first time I've had to wait for a prolonged time to recieve a trailer here either. Simply not enough staff to help when things get busy.Neil N.

The customer service was poor as I was not able to use my drivers license that expired a little over a month prior while in LOCKDOWN, ridiculous if you ask me. And then the trailers license plate was so crunched it fell off while driving down the highway.Justin F.

It would be helpful if the vehicle was full of fuel when I picked it up, that way I could fill it up when I dropped it off. Instead I ended up giving you a quarter tank of fuel that you will charge someone else if they don't replace it. Problems with the computer system from a visit a couple of rentals ago caused issues with the ability to rent. I was told the problem was fixed but the system had flagged my account. They couldn't fix it in house so I had to call head office and get it worked out. This was extremely frustrating and time consuming. If it wasn't for the fact that there is no other company to rent from in my area, I would never rent from uhaul againSteven T.
I have honestly never given a bad review, but for this instance, I had to. The employee there, genuinely ruined my day. His customer service was rude. Sighing and grunting in response to every question that I asked, making remarks about my vehicle, I will never return to this location.Kevin F.

The truck came with a loading dolly that I had to move to get my sculpture in. It was in my way and I didn't use it And it cost $7. for the inconvenience. Not too happy about that. The truck and personel were all fine.Ronald B.

I was told that the truck had gas just below 1/2 a tank. When I left the lot I noticed that the gas was just below the 1 of the 1/2 and I stopped to take a picture of it and the mileage because I felt there was less gas than I was told. I filled up to the same place as I received it that morning when I returned it. Well, the rep at the counter said there was deficit gas and would have to charge $18 (for a minuscule amount of gas and a rate that was very high to charge I felt) and I then said that I took a picture when I saw that there was less gas than I was told there would be. He said that the picture could not be accepted. It was my word against his. So I felt he was saying I was lying. He said that according to the gauge I didn't fill it to 1/2 a tank and I told him that it was below 1/2 a tank, that the pin was over the '1'. He said that I should have told them right away that there was less gas. Once again, UHaul was putting the onus on me (I just had a very bad experience with UHaul about a month ago when the truck I was given was not in safe and good operational order. There again, it was my fault for not returning the truck. I called in to say there was a problem from the road. I was told that to fix the problem I was to unscrew the gas cap and then put it in on again to have the dash warning lights that all illuminated after I gassed up to shut off... that this happens. What kind of solution is that? There was a short I thought along the way and the road assistance which eventually showed up confirmed and didn't fix. Anyway, I was on the road when this happened. It temporarily solved the problem so I trusted that I was ok. But down the highway everything came on again, the signals died. On the return trip, the truck died. Anyway, I submitted a report for that too. So, for both problems, where the vehicles were not up to standard and should have been operational and gassed up to where I was told that it should be it is UHaul's responsibility to make sure that the vehicles are ok to begin with. When moving, time is of the essence. I called in on the first trip. I took a picture on the second because I was on a time constraint to haul many things that day. I expect the vehicle I use to be operational and safe and gassed up to the point I was told that it would be. On both occasions, and this is the issue, the staff (one manager, the other assistant manager) both looked at me with a robotic response, telling me it is not our problem. So UHaul has a policy that enables the staff not to be accountable and responsible for problems that should not be on the customer's shoulders. Very unprofessional. Very sloppy. Very unkind and uncourteous. The customer service people on this second trip, at least sounded sorry and were compassionate. Anyway, I will not use UHaul again and will not recommend it.Susanne W.
