Stephanie SThey didn’t bother to check the condition of the vehicle when I dropped it off; they gave me no paperwork receipt for the drop off; barely acknowledged my existence when I gave them the keys; and to top it off, they didn’t even check the vehicle in until Thursday afternoon when called by your company. As a result I wound up getting an email from U-haul saying the vehicle wasn’t returned even though I dropped it off early (Monday). I am extremely disappointed and am unsure I will ever use U-haul again. You should immediately cease business with the drop off location.
