I placed the reservation for a different location, and was called the day before to tell me I had to go to this location instead. This location's truck did not have the dolly I reserved, and wanted to send me to another location to pick it up. I declined and simply asked for the dolly charge to be removed. I was still charged for the dolly, and then an additional $50 by the drop-off location for not returning the dolly that I never got. The truck came with less than half of a tank of gas when we picked up; we dropped it off with more gas than we had to start with and were still charged a fee for having less than half a tank. I was also charged for insurance that I declined. Took an hour on the phone with customer service to resolve the issue after-the-fact. Ridiculous.

The customer service lady took care of us! She was very pleasant, she made us laugh, she was thorough, she answered all of our questions, and I think that she should get a raise for her dedication, drive, her customer service skills!!! This is the only Uhaul location that I have used in the 3yrs I have been in Texas. Thank You to the customer service lady who took care of us. Can't remember her name but she is a Blonde Beauty full of good energy 😀😃

Erica has been absolutely amazing! She saw me outside struggling to use the app and she call me inside and handled my reservation. Not only was she quick she made my experience very pleasant. She has an amazing personality and is definitely a gem! Definitely will send my tenants there if they need to move. You guys rock!

My reservation was messed up from the start. I could not check in contactless, dolly was removed from my reservation and reservation was suppose to be one way when I went to return it i was told I have one way equipment but the wrong reservation type for me to correct their error I was being charged $300 additional or having to return to pick up location over an hour away wtf! Uhaul error but I'm being charged what a hassle never again

Make sure new people are shadowed until they know the ropes. If not, it can waste the customer's time and money, like in my situation.
