The trailer drop was separate from the truck drop. They should take them over.

Timothy APiratetown Storage was great - friendly and easy to work with. Their limited office hours (10 AM - 4 PM) were a little inconvenient but not too much of a problem. The equipment (a tow dolly) was in good shape and worked well. The only real frustrating issue was the lack of availability of tow dollies in Central Kentucky. Despite living in town with three UHaul representatives, and having several more in towns (and the city of Lexington) that are nearby, the closest one with a tow dolly available (i.e. Piratetown Storage) was a 45 minute drive away. It has been several years since I last rented a tow dolly but they were difficult to find then, also. The is apparently a greater demand for tow dollies, at least in Central Kentucky, than UHaul is able or willing to meet.
