I wish there was a less expensive option for renters that only needed the rental for 1 day instead of three

They were not there. A sign said they’d be back at 2:00. We put key in Dropbox and the next day they hadn’t even checked the truck in. We had to call to get them to check in our truck because of the call we got from their corporate!
Tanya PWe had trouble finding this location. There is another business with the same name. The store hours said they were open and when I arrived there was nobody there. It was Easter weekend so I assumed that had something to do with it.
JESSICA MTrailer needed maintenance. Drop off location was closed on Mondays, and I was required to return the trailer to that location on Monday. There was no one to help, and unloading and unhooking that trailer, given its condition , was not a job for an 84 year old man alone.
