Caid TThe truck was clean, fully fueled, and ready to go at the scheduled time and location. However, I ran into some technical issues with the app and website while trying to complete the mobile pickup process. Thankfully, having the team at Fingerprints Plus available on-site made all the difference. I was only able to get the keys and complete the dispatch thanks to their outstanding attention and dedication. Great local customer service!
Rafael RIt’s 24/7 and self service, no need to talk to someone.
Hector RI made my reservation online at a different location for a 10-foot truck. I received a call a couple of days prior to the rental telling me my rental was not available and was being moved to a different location. Upon arriving at the rental location today, I found I was assigned a 9 ft van. Not what I reserved. And no one there to help me. Fortunately, I was able to tightly fit all the things I was moving in this smaller vehicle. But, I will never again trust that if I reserve a vehicle at UHaul I will get what I reserved at the location I preferred.
