This location is always VERY good. Owner helps adjust mirrors and points out all key points/controls. If in the area, I will always choose this location (or second location by same owner).

He was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable, nothing like the last U-Haul experience I had at the Airport Road and N. Washington location. The only thing I didn't like about this experience is that there is no representative at that location full time and while the representative from the W. 6th Street location got there as quickly as he could, no one can be in two places at the same time so I would recommend either getting someone there full time or just close it down all together. We have plenty of U-Haul locations in Stillwater and I was only going to use that location because it was conveniently located on the north side of town and the only other choice there was the location which I had previously and will never use again. Other than that my U-Haul experience was above average.
