The lady inside was nice and great to work with. The guy was pretty lazy. Wanted me to do his job for him. I had to hook up and unhook the trailer. Never had to do that anywhere else. Normally I pull up and they do everything. Probably because it a 3rd party not a actually uhaul site.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisQuick and Easy Pick Up and Return
Aquantay MI obtained a reservation for an item to pick up at a specific time in Tracy California. I went to pick it up and it wasn't available and would not be available. I was never notified. I then had to drive to Stockton and it would not be available for a significant time. THIS lack of communication significantly delayed my trip. Terrible service- polite people
Ray MThe vehicle broke down, causing a 4 hour delay,
Anita RInside of the trailer was filthy. Personnel should assist the customer when verifying brake lights & turn signals are functional.
