The drop off location refused to offer any receipt or check in and were rude. The equipment was not in good condition. Two months later I get a bill for a Florida toll booth, however, I stayed in North Georgia and never crossed a state line. Uhaul should refund my money and send a written apology

LYNELL TThe customer service was excellent. The truck was clean and had all of the necessary accommodations that I requested. I would definitely return to this location for my truck rental needs.
DANIELLE AHad to rent there equipment paid more than what was listed on website because they said they didn’t have the furniture dolly as I requested so had to Zelle payment for there personal dolly location needs to do better with keeping up with mileage and gas on each truck as well they charge you for mileage and gas that you didn’t do!!!
