Swags and Stuff customer service was horrible. He called at 12:41 to see if I would be there by 1:00. I advised him my reservation was for 2:00. He then go back and forth with me about what he is looking at in the computer. It took too long to process the paper work, he stated the was something computer wrong with his computer. He then pulled out a laptop. He had a very rude attitude. I was not given a dolly, when arrived to my destination I called he did not answer the phone. I called customer service and was sent to another location to get a dolly. When I arrived at the second store I was first told I could not do it that way. I then advised him it was noted in the computer by a representative, he then started to connect the dots. Horrible experience all around! Not to mention I'll be charged for the miles I drove to get the dolly!

By far one if the easiest rental experiences we've had. It's especially nice to meet a business owner not in the automotive field at all but with a unique business we wouldn't have known about otherwise. Didn't try to push his wares at all which means we will be stopping by for a non uhaul related purchase or 2. Doesn't need to change a thing.

Was a bit confusing on how to obtain the key thru mobile app but I finally figured it out. Service for tire monitor came on after about 10 minutes of driving. I have no complaints. Thank you!

It took a while to get the vehicle using the app. I felt like it would have been easier to give blood. I had some technical issues. And the tolls didn’t come through even though we called to ask about them. This location has limited hours so if renting you need to be good on smart phone.
