Building was locked and unmanned when I arrived for my 10:00 am appointment. Someone arrived 10 minutes later, and seemed to feel inconvenienced by me being there. Told me twice that if I had filled out my information online, I wouldn't have to talk to her, just pick up the keys. Truck inside the box was dirty - a garbage bag, nails, screws, and spools of thread lying around.

Sabrina GWhen I arrived to get my truck, the only person with the credentials to get into the computer and rent me my truck had gone to the bank. She left a training member of staff with no credentials to get into a computer there to great customers. I was late getting this truck bye almost an hour, when I got to my house all of my furniture was on the front lawn and wet. I chose the check-in with a customer service person because the app was not functioning on my phone. When this lady arrived she did not apologize, she just rolled her eyes and was annoyed. The trainee was very nice and a very apologetic, in my opinion she should have never been left if she had no knowledge on how to run the service. I will never go back here.
