Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was just old: needs new muffler, didn’t have zip tie on the 2 wheel dolly. No shipping blankets. Just the empty storage bag on the wall.
Dave MMake sure that the key for the truck is actually in the UHaul lock box. Had to walk over to a gas station attendant to get the key from inside the building. Very annoying. Plus there was somebody's drink left in the UHaul. Customer support helped out a lot, but there was too much uncertainty if we were actually going to be able to get a truck.
Scarlet RWhen I schedule for a 9:30AM pickup, don't redirect me to a location that doesn't even open until 10AM without even telling me! When I add extra equipment for more money, don't redirect me to a location and truck that doesn't even have one without telling me! When I start up the truck, please don't have so little fuel that I have to fill it up before I can even do anything (once again with no warning)! Please update your website to actually reflect the stock and availability of things so I don't get redirected to a location 20 minutes away that doesn't even have any of the things I ask for!
Shea PThe customer service at this location was very refreshing appreciated. As someone who rents a Uhaul frequently I would definitely return to this location based on service. Unfortunately the Uhaul was extremely dirty (as they sadly usually are) and I spent 30 minutes making the inside cab "sit-able" for my family. UHAUL, PLEASE CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES! Kindly, Someone who prefers to drink coffee and not sit in it.
