I had very bad experience. Trailer had no stand to hook it up with your vehicle, and you have to hold it with hand , which is very inconvenient. And they charged 80 dollars for 7 hours just for 6/12 trailer . And they charged me extra again . Very unsatisfied with service.

It was difficult to lift the 6x12 trailer onto the truck hitch alone, and then I used my Jack but still had to lift the trailer and place in onto the Jack. The day shift guy seemed too important /grumpy to come out and help me. But the guy in the afternoon when I returned it, was a lot more helpful and kind. I’ll still go back tho if and when I need to rent again but will make the guy come out and help me attach it.
STEVEN NI had to pickup in Stratford so it wasted my gas and km and was charged 206 for a one day rental for a 19.95 truck

RACHEL C$19.99+$7.00+ mileage within town does not = $71. The truck was not at the location, we had to go to the opposite end of town. Bad service and over charged!
