Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisConvenient location and the pick up and drop off process was easy.
Gregory IHave this office open during normal working hours. I waited 45 minutes for someone to come write my contract. Office was not open when I returned tow dolly at 4:35 pm same day. Having to take pictures in the rain of my return and up loading was very confusing.
ernest sGreat people to work with.
Larry BThis comment is strictly for the truck that I rented. It ran extremely rough and it felt as though I would not make it to my first location, which was within 10 miles. I was extremely disappointed when I first opened up the cab of the vehicle and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and I had to open up the windows to air out the cab. Granted there was no physical trash, but the inside of the cab was extremely dirty. The individual I dealt with was extremely helpful and kind and I would recommend their business. But again, as for the particular truck that I had rented, I would in no way recommend that this vehicle be used for a long road trip.
