Wrong return location put on the contract verses what we requested- totally different city, Uhaul wouldn't start after it was loaded. Our 500+ mile move was hugely delayed. We incurred numerous fees as everything was very time based. It was Sunday- didn't help matters. Uhaul Roadside support had to be dispatched- jumped the battery but said he was concerned as the battery was not ok, it was weak. We had a terrible trip that was very delayed. Each time we stopped it really didn't want to start, certainly not on the first turn and not easily. We made it, figured out the return location was wrong. Not a great experience at all.

Sheila MGreat experience. We rented a 10ft. truck and when we got there for the pick up it was determined it did not have a ramp so we needed a 15ft. They found us one and gave us a discount. The uhaul personnel was very helpful.
Billy BThe location is a car sales lot. Walk in the building one side is a barbershop and the office to talk to the guy has some old dirty could and messy office. Outside there are transmissions on the ground and the parking is hard to naviagate
